Room Reservation fees

(effective November 1, 2018)

Please note: all payments must be made by credit card. PGCMLS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Lecture Hall (capacity 120 people)

$200.00 - 2 hours Lecture Hall with a seating capacity of 120 people - Oxon Hill (120)

Auditoriums (capacity 150 people):

$200.00 - 2 hours for Auditoriums with a seating capacity of 150 people - Bowie (150) and Greenbelt (150).

Large Meeting Rooms (capacity 60 – 100 people):

$125.00 - 2 hours for large meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 60 to 100 people – Accokeek (75), Fairmount Heights (60), Hyattsville (75), Largo-Kettering (75), Laurel (75 & 90), New Carrollton (70), South Bowie (85), Spauldings (90), and Upper Marlboro (65).
*Beltsville rooms are temporarily closed due to renovations.

Small Meeting Rooms (capacity 20 – 40 people):

 $50.00 - 2 hours for the use of meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 20 to 45 people - Hillcrest Heights (20), Largo-Kettering (30), Oxon Hill (30), Glenarden (40), and South Bowie (35).

Conference Rooms (capacity 10 – 16 people):

$35.00 – 2 hours for conference rooms with a seating capacity of 10 to 15 people - Bowie (16), Greenbelt (16), Hillcrest Heights (15), Hyattsville (12), Laurel (10), New Carrollton (10), South Bowie (10), Spauldings (10), Surratts-Clinton (15), and Upper Marlboro (15).
