Crafternoon: Traditional Crafts

Celebrate Native American and Indigenous Peoples Month by joining us in making some traditional crafts from south and central America. Today we'll be making tin ornaments and Guatemalan weaved bracelets.

Materials

Tin ornaments: -Aluminum baking trays (disposable kind) -Permanent markers, acrylic paints and brushes -Pencil -Ballpoint pen -Scissors -Paper punch -Tape -Several old newspapers (to cover your work area) -Yarn or ribbon

Guatemalan weaved bracelet: -4 plastic drinking straws -1 ball of yarn -Scissors -Tape measure
