Join us as we celebrate Children's Book Week: May 4-10 with Fred Bowen. He is the author of a broad collection of sports books for kids ages 8-12. His works include Double Reverse, Real Hoops and Touchdown Trouble. Meet the winner of The Coretta Scott King Book Awards: 2015 John Steptoe New Talent Award, Jason Reynolds for his book, When I Was the Greatest (2014). His most recent release is The Boy in the Black Suit (2015). Both books are publications of Atheneum Books for Young Readers, an imprint of Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing Division. Reynolds is crazy about stories and repeats character names and plot lines during his walk from the train to his apartment in Brooklyn, NY.
