TAB
Here on this blog and on Facebook, you may see references to TAB and wonder how you could be part of this cool sounding acronym. TAB stands for Teen Advisory Board, the library's version of a group for teens only between the ages of 13 to 18 (unless otherwise specified).
It's a fun time to get to talk to teens from other schools, plan and host events that are of interest to you, voice your opinion about what you and/or dislike about the Library and learn what everyone has been up to and reading in school and out. If you like to talk, hang out with a group and have fun - joining a TAB group may be just for you. Here’s something else that may spark your interest- some TAB groups offer volunteer service hours. Plus, you get a free snack. You can’t beat that!
