Executive Chef Clay started his culinary career after graduating from Washington Culinary School in the District of Columbia, and became an executive chef in his early 20's working in some of Washington, DC and Maryland's most exclusive hotels and fine dining restaurants. He has served as Chef for several restaurants in the Clyde's Restaurant Group including the Old Ebbit Grill and Clyde's Columbia. He was Executive Chef at Clyde's Columbia before accepting the position at Clyde's Gallery Place Restaurant where he supervises a staff of 80 cooks and prep staff. Ages 13-18.
