Meeting Room Fees

Reservations for 2012
(Jan 1, 2012 - Dec 31, 2012)

Auditoriums (capacity 150 – 240 people):

  • $100.00 - 1 to 4 hours for Auditoriums with a seating capacity of 150 to 240 people - Oxon Hill (240), Bowie (150), Surratts-Clinton (200), and Greenbelt (150).

Large Meeting Rooms (capacity 60 – 100 people):

  • $80.00 - 1 to 4 hours for large meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 60 to100 people – Accokeek (75), Beltsville (100), Fairmount Heights (60), Hyattsville (80), Laurel (60), Largo-Kettering (100), New Carrollton (75), Spauldings (90), and Upper Marlboro (65).

Meeting Rooms (capacity 30 – 40 people):

  •  $50.00 - 1 to 4 hours for the use of meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 30 to 40 people - Hillcrest Heights (40), and Glenarden (40)

Large Conference Rooms (capacity 30 – 40 people):

  • $50.00 - 1 to 4 hours for the use of large conference rooms with a seating capacity of 30 to 40 people - Oxon Hill Conference Room (30, Largo-Kettering Conference Room (30), and Greenbelt Conference Room (30).

Conference Rooms (capacity 10 – 20 people):

  •  $35.00 – 1 to 4 hours for conference rooms with a seating capacity of 10 to 20 people - Bowie (20), Hyattsville (10), New Carrollton (20), Oxon Hill (12), Spauldings (10), Surratts-Clinton (15) and Upper Marlboro (15).

All calendar year 2012 room reservations that exceed the minimum 4 hours will be charged an extra $30.00.
