Meeting/Conference Room Fees

Room Reservation fees for 2013 
(effective October 15, 2012)

Auditoriums (capacity 150 – 240 people):

  • $150.00 - 1 to 4 hours for Auditoriums with a seating capacity of 150 to 240 people - Oxon Hill (240),  Surratts-Clinton (200), Bowie (150), and Greenbelt (150).

Large Meeting Rooms (capacity 60 – 100 people):

  • $100.00 - 1 to 4 hours for large meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 60 to 100 people – Accokeek (75), Beltsville (100), Fairmount Heights (60), Hyattsville (80), Laurel (60), Largo-Kettering (100), New Carrollton (75), South Bowie (100), Spauldings (90), and Upper Marlboro (65).

Small Meeting Rooms (capacity 20 – 40 people):

  •  $50.00 - 1 to 4 hours for the use of meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 20 to 45 people -  Bowie (20), New Carrollton (20), Greenbelt (30), ,,,, Largo-Kettering (30), Oxon Hill (30), Glenarden (40), and South Bowie (35).

 Conference Rooms (capacity 10 – 15 people):

  •  $35.00 – 1 to 4 hours for conference rooms with a seating capacity of 10 to 15 people - Hyattsville (10), Hillcrest Heights (15), Hillcrest Heights (20), Oxon Hill (12), South Bowie (10), Spauldings (10), Surratts-Clinton (15), and Upper Marlboro (15).

There is an additional $50 charge for room reservations that exceed the minimum 4 hours.
