There are two main ways to find items in GeoWeb:
- Keyword search for one or more words. You can do a simple
keyword search, or do an advanced keyword search, or refine
an earlier keyword search.
- Browse search in an alphabetical list of headings.
If you cannot find what you want:
- Check your spelling.
- Try different spellings, such as center and centre.
- Try related words, such as electric, electricity, electrical,
energy, and power.
- If the item is recently released, call a branch to check on
the order status of the item. For other items not owned by PGCMLS,
try the Marina network. For items you
cannot find in Marina, inquire at a branch library about Interlibrary
Loan.
Additional Search Retrieval and display techniques:
You can Limit Searches based on Date, Language and Material Type,
view History to review your search strategy and sort search results.
Visit the Help pages available from the Library catalog for complete
instructions and tips on Searching.
