You need your library, and your library needs you. You can have
an impact on your library and your community by joining the Library
Friends group. Friends are advocates, fund raisers and volunteers..
They spread the word about libraries, they help with special projects,
and they safeguard library funding with their grass-roots support.
To become a Library Friend, call the branch
library in your neighborhood.
Friends of the Library groups support the Prince George's County
public libraries in many ways, including promoting the library
in the community, stimulating public support for the library system,
and participating in and sponsoring library programs and special
events. To find out more about membership in a Friends group,
call the branch where you wish to join.
