The Library has databases which are good sources of information. Sometimes material that you find on the Internet is not correct – anyone can put information on the Internet, but they don't always get it right! The facts in these databases have been checked for accuracy and often this material comes directly from printed books.

The Library also has electronic reference books which include lots of useful information. These online versions of printed books do not have to be checked out, and you can search them and print from them. They are always available for you to use in the Library and from home.
